We are pleased to announce that for a second year Adventure Kids Playcare will be providing their childcare services for our monthly breakfast meetings. They did a fantastic job last year and we are so excited to be working with them again. For childcare reservations, please contact Kelli Walters. Cancellations must be made by 2 p.m. the Tuesday before the meeting. There is a nominal fee ($3 per child, $2 additional children, cap of $7 per family). When making reservations, please include your name, phone number, child(ren)s name(s) and date of birth. Children are placed in rooms based on age and ability. Room assignments are typically as follows: Newborns, Young Walkers, 2-year-olds (one room potty-trained), 3-year-olds, and 4-year plus. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests or needs. Please just let us know in advance so that we might be prepared and the check in process runs as smoothly as possible. Childcare check-in begins at 9:15 am and closes at 9:45 am. Snacks (such as Goldfish and Cheerios) and water will be provided for children two years and older. If your child has any food allergies, please notify us immediately. Childcare reservations will be taken Wednesday through Friday the week before the meeting (no calls after 9 pm). Please cancel unused reservations by the following Tuesday at 2 pm. We understand unexpected circumstances arise, but Adventure Kids commits their staff based on our number of reservations. We appreciate your timely cancellations and, as stated in our guidelines, will charge members the reservation fee if reservations are not cancelled by the appropriate time. Our goal is to keep your children safe and happy while you attend our monthly breakfast meetings. For the benefit of all members we request that you use our childcare service for all children over the age of 10 months. The staff at Adventure Kids Playcare is CPR and First Aid certified and have all passed criminal background checks. To ensure your childs safety, sitters will only allow a childs mother to pick up him/her from the childcare rooms. Wristbands are used to match parent to child upon pick up.
